Breaking Strongholds Season 2 Production Update #1

Breaking Strongholds Season 2 Production Update #1

Take a look behind the scenes of the production of season 2 of Breaking Strongholds! Find out how our first month of filming has gone and what's coming up.

Hey everyone! We are so excited to be back behind the camera and our first month of filming season 2 of breaking strongholds has been great! Our team continues to learn and grow and we are so thankful for all of our staff, volunteers, and donors who are making this happen.

It's been super hot here in Texas, but fortunately we've been able to stay indoors for most our shoots so far. But we did have to head outdoors for one scene with Savannah and Jackson during our shoot at Good Books In The Woods. It's such a cool little used book shop in the Woodlands and would be a great place to spend a rainy afternoon. Also, it's always fun to film with Savannah and Jackson! They play a brother and sister on screen and even though they aren't in real life they you would think they were on set. They're hilarious together!

We've been back at Benjamin's cabin a few times already to knock out a few scene there. Also, we're so thrilled that Ulises Larimendy who has been part of Reflective Media almost since day one and plays Vic in the show has graciously volunteered to help us behind the camera as Performance Director. The scenes at the cabin have some amazing performances. I'm very confident some of them are going to end up in the trailer for season 2.

We also had a very large shoot at Covenant Christian school with a lot of extras and a couple of long days and a huge shout out to Christine Tonkin who was the performance director on set for that and pulled that shoot together and also a lot of volunteer support made that happen.

Please be praying for us as we head into August! We have a very important and complicated shoot coming up and we would love all the prayers we can get. Thank you so much for following along with us on this journey and be sure to share the show and subscribe on Youtube!
