ACTOR SIGN-IN FORM

For Breaking Strongholds Season 2, Reflective Media Productions will be paying the named actors a flat day rate of $75 paid directly to you for each day you are on a Breaking Strongholds Season 2 film shoot. This helps our actors with travel expenses and time away from family.

For those of you who have agents, please note that agent fees and percentages will be paid to the agent from you and from the $ 75-day rate and not in addition to the day rate. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Once a month, RMP will send a check directly to you for your total days on set that month. Sarah Rameriz is our Financial Assistant if you have any questions contact her at sarah@reflectivemedia.org. Each day you are on set, you must fill out this form
